This is our first litter with Jhett and we are very excited! Both parents have had some testing and they
both came from tested parents. Jhett's parents are UKC Champions and Aubry Rayne's father is UKC
Champion. We expect these babies to have the same loving, gentle temperament as their parents.
These puppies are not available for any mixed Poodle breeding.

NEW FAMILY...SHE WILL
GET "LOTS" OF LOVE!
children and be very loved
by Mike, Kim, Brittany,
Damon, Marlaina, Mitchell
and Raisin in MD.
His name will be...
The kids love him. We are still deciding on a name. Too many people trying to
agree! ha!! I will let you know, shouldn't be too much longer. We made it
home ok, but he did throw up not even 40 minutes into the trip. We were on the
curvy road. Luckily we had him on a blanket so he didn't get any on him or the
car. And we had other blankets too! He was fine the rest of the way! Thanks
so much for the training pads, we stopped along the interstate 3 times and he
stood on the pads and went. So he didn't get exposed to anything. We literally
stopped in the middle of nowhere! The kids are so excited I had a hard time
getting them to go to bed.
He will get his next vacc next Friday and there was no argument about
separating the rabies out from the others when the time comes.
Boeing will go in the crate and lie down if we are there and the door stays open.
He doesn't think we should close the door. Being lonesome has to be part of it.
My niece slept on the floor next to her Dalmatian for the first week and then she
was fine. LOL I am too old for the floor, I'm on the sofa. He wakes me when he
rustles around at 2 a.m. and we go out. So far so good. He is so glad to see me
he doesn't want to go back to bed. He will get it soon enough.
He's not scratching at his ears anymore so I am sure they are fine. I am glad you
clipped them so I could see what you did. I plan to follow your lines every week
time he licked his bowl clean and looked for more. He must feel better.
active day. She played and potties in our backyard, had a good check up at the vet,
and played with some toys. She drank but did not want to eat until just about 7 pm.
out of the crate playing again.
She did great on the ride home. I have pictures & of course can't load them from my camera cuz the cord burned in the house so Charlie is going to save them to a cd
tomorrow from walmart then I can email them to you. She has drank a good bit but hasn't eaten much. I figure she will tomorrow.
My mom had Lex in the house when we pulled up, charlie went in & told her to count to 10 then come out & see my new car...when she came out her face was just as I
pictured..."who's puppy is that" as soon as I told her she hugged me & "Jasmine" and started crying. I am so happy she said. She ran up in the yard & did a cartwheel!
I will send those pic's tomorrow, right now she is in with Lexi laying together. She has gone out in the yard and pee'd several times.
I will talk to you later, Thanks again for being a great breeder, & person we are glad we met you . We Love Her!!
Denise Charlie & Lexi
Just a note to say how I'm enjoying the pics of the puppies. I'm enjoying seeing how they are growing up and what
they look like. I like the comments their new families are leaving. I just want to tell them all myself what a treat
they're in for! Certainly such precious gifts.
Sloane and Alley will soon be 2! It doesn't seem like we've had them that long. They're doing great...Sloane still my
ever-constant shadow! Alley is just a happy girl! she's always smiling and so sweet, gentle and laid-back. She's still
all about her ball, carrying it and playing fetch. The word, f r i s b e e can't be mentioned unless, you're going out to
throw it!! She's my husband's poo, for sure. He loves her! Sloane playfully growls at anyone that tries to come
between me and him...he's staked his claim! Can't imagine our life before these two...lol!
I still think how it was "meant-to-be", that these two Poodles picked their owners! Perfect and I'm thankful! ;)
Still wish I could have a Shade baby, but......WOW....the wedding planning!!!!!!!!!!! I know I couldn't do it (or afford it
right now) and try to house train a puppy! Maybe, in the future.
Anyway, hope you're doing well. Robin

HI, LuAnn. "Aviator" is doing great! We're calling him "Gus". Zack is really happy with him! He said you can really tell they are good breeders and spent time with him and really loved him! I
out in the yard and let them explore it together. "Gus" pooped and we went inside because the mosquitoes were bad yesterday. It took some patience and coaxing to get him to come in and
out the patio door and go down the step but once he got it, he was so happy with himself! He went into his kennel well and everything has been a dream so far! Later today we are going to
grandpa's house with him and he will meet another cat and my 3 year old niece.
Thank you so much!
|EXPLORING TIRED BABY
HIS NEW YARD.
I really have to make an effort to take pictures this week. Boeing seems huge to us now. He
weighs 16 pounds today. I hope we are feeding him enough. He's eating almost 2C/day.
I would say he is house trained but of course, I wouldn't trust him yet. He circles at the door and
you better be ready to go out when he is. Still getting up in the middle of the night but I guess he
will for a couple more weeks. He even knows what part of the yard we want him to go in. Not so
much as a whimper now when he is crated. What a good boy.
He also knows "sit" already. He learned that in about 2 days. I have him sit before I put his food
down and for treats. Now I have to work on something else as he is eager to learn.
Last weekend I gave him a bath and trimmed at him for 2 days. We both needed a lot of breaks.
His attitude was "you don't know what you are doing! Get away from me with that clipper." His
feet and tail look good but I didn't get his face to suit me. He squirmed too much and I did not
want to get his tongue. This week I will be a little more firm and spend less time on the feet and
more on the face. I am really so glad you gave me lines to work from! That was a tremendous
help. And yes, I do like the Wahl cordless clipper.
I see Aviator is pending. It was so hard to choose between them but I am sure I have the right
dog for me ;-)

DELTA CAME TO VISIT
US...SHE IS GROWING
INTO A BEAUTIFUL
YOUNG LADY! July 2012
Everyone who sees him says how pretty he is. We went to get his rabies on
Friday and all 3 techs had to come in to pet him and say "Hiiiii, BOEing."
At puppy school we have to lie low because he is so smart he can do everything
they try to teach. They always use him to demo ;-) He loves "recess" and is the
best puppy player there. I tried to send you a clip of him playing but Yahoo says it
is too big.
Doing better every week on the grooming. He still hates to get his face done but
he was much better today. I tried to shorten his "legs" because they were
dragging on the ground. I am not happy with them but I know they will grow out
and we will try again. I will read the book and see if I can figure out what to do to
make them not look so much like cut off jeans.
It is so hard to get a good picture because he has to be with me, and our
backyard is shady. As soon as I squat down to take one he is in my lap. LOL
Nothing to complain about, having a dog that loves to be with you.
|PILOT GOING HOME WITH HIS FAMILY
THIS HANDSOME BOY WILL
BE VERY LOVED IN OHIO BY
RHODES, LISA AND HIS NEW
POODLE SISTER MATTIE.
HIS NAME WILL BE...
Thank you for the wonderful dog, Sheppey aka Pilot. Be assured that other than in your own house, you won't place a poodle in a better home with a more loving family. Your
dogs are all beautiful and obviously well cared for and loved.
It will take him awhile to become acclimated to the car and driving, but typical of poodles most of his car sickness on the drive back to Columbus was neat & clean, directly
into a barf bag. He was relaxed and calm the entire trip next to Lisa, not fearful.
He was cautious getting out of the van, tentative inspecting this strange new house, but loves the fenced in back yard. Mattie warmed to him and soon they were chasing
each other around the yard. It a few short hours, he has taken ownership of the place.
We will have to train him to be comfortable on the leash but he seems very responsive to commands. We walked him over to meet neighbors tonight and he was a charmer,
and responsive to every word.
Tonight he is eating like a horse, drinking water as fast as he can get it, and emptying the toy basket like it's Christmas morning. We have set up a "crate" in our bedroom
where he'll sleep next to Mattie. Thank you for the soft blanket with his brothers and mother's scent, he will be more comfortable. I have no doubt he will soon have
unrestricted access to everything in the house.
Next week, we'll take him to our Lake Michigan cottage and introduce him to "God's Country"....... beautiful forests, endless beaches and swimming in the big lake.
Thanks for sharing your dog with us! (pictures coming via seperate email)
Rhodes & Lisa
I know it has been a long time since I made contact. Been busy with summer activities and such. Demspey is doing great! He has grown so much since we brought him home.
He is about 30 lbs now. He goes to the vet again on Thursday for his last limes booster. Whew, just in time for neutering and fixing his hernia. By the way, his other testicle
descended and neutering will be a breeze! He is such a blessing to our family and so very smart. Others are amazed at how calm he is for a pup. He is a little skittish around
new people almost shy, but warms up fairly quickly.
He lost all his baby teeth and has beautiful adult teeth growing in. I've included a couple of pictures so you can see how gorgeous he is! He is starting to get more of his adult
coat in. His backside had gotten thicker and curly, reminding me of Jet's, but his face still looks like Rain's.
Hope all is going well for you and yours. When do you switch to more of an adult cut for grooming instead of the puppy cut? I love the was his head and face looks now though.
He looks he is smiling in these pictures! He loves playing outside.
Lake Michigan vacation cottage, has quickly
overcome his hesitation with the 38 steps to the
beach and bounds up and down with great
energy. He loves running flat out on the beach;
he plays in the waves. He makes friends with
everyone he meets. Your home has socialized
him to quickly fit in with our extended family of
dogs, whether they be big, small, sweet or
mean. And, of course Mattie is in love - they
sleep very close to each other every night.
We hope you enjoy the pictures.
Thanks --- Rhodes & Lisa.
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Our boy is changing every week and I for
sure have a different dog than the one I
brought home! I finally took the scissors to
his top knot. He weighed 46.5 pounds and
stood 24.5 inches at the shoulder when he
was 7 months. Gosh, that was a month ago
already. He's doing great and everyone says
what a good dog and how pretty and well
behaved he is. He loves to play ball (like his
dad) and he loves to carry in the morning
paper. He also is good at cleaning up the
house and yard. He brings me everything. I
think he looks more like Aubry than Jhett,
his muzzle is thinner. He's into an adult
collar (Go Bucks!) the pink polka dots are
gone. I forgot to put it on after I groomed
him and before I took the pic.
I hope the photo comes through. I saved it
small so I don't know how it will be. Let me
know if not and I will snail mail you one.
